1. Ownership and Copyright of Center for Environmental Education and Research, Incorporated (“C.E.E.R.Inc”) Materials. The contents of the CEERI. Web Sites (which are listed in the Paragraph titled “Affiliated Web Sites” below and which are hereafter referred to, collectively, as the “Web Sites”) may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than individual viewing of the Web Sites without our express prior written consent. Modification of the Web Sites’ contents for any purpose will constitute a violation of our copyrights and other rights. The use of any content on any of the Web Sites or our networked computer environment is prohibited unless we approve it in writing.

Any and all materials submitted through the Web Sites via any medium (contests, message board, email/postal mail submissions, etc.) becomes our property. We reserve the right to review, reject, edit, modify, amend, rearrange, excerpt, or abridge any and all materials submitted to us, whether through the Web Sites or otherwise. We reserve the right to choose, in our sole and absolute discretion, which submissions, in whole or in part, will be incorporated into the content of the Web Sites. We make no guarantees that submitted materials will be selected or posted. In the event of a contest, winning entries will be posted after the end of that contest. 5. Legal Governance. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any term or provision of this agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this agreement.
